NOAH weather is NOT being actively developed and not recommended for production/commercial websites.
Bug fixes and any data content issues are resolved as the developers have time.
If you are looking for a more polished commercial ready product please see HAM Weather
Having said this the NOAH weather code was stable and operational as of December 18, 2004.
Should NOAA change their data structure or city names/zipcodes/etc change after said date it may or may not work.
